Frequently Asked Questions

How do I redeem my gift?

During the check out process in the billing section there will be a payment field where you are required to enter in your gift number to complete your order. Enter in the code you have been provided, and press the apply button. The gift code must match exactly and is case sensitive. When copying and pasting be careful not to add in any extra spaces or characters.

How much am I allowed to order?

You can spend up to 150 points in any combination of items that are up to but not exceeding 150 points.

What happens if I have left over points on my gift code?

Any remaining points on your gift code will stay on your account and you can use them towards another item.

Can I spend more money than my gift code allows?

No. Currently, gift codes are the payment method on this shop.

What happens after I place my order?

Orders are produced on an on demand model. Once you place your order on the shop, the items are produced and shipped directly to the address you provided during the check out process.

When will my order arrive?

Decorated items are typically are received in 2-3 weeks.

What if my shirt doesn't fit, can I return it?

Unfortunately, no. These shirts are made to order so please check the sizing guide for the item before placing your order.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Email orders@collaborativeappsandplatforms.com to determine if your items have already been ordered or if you may make some changes.
